What Is Derma Rolling Therapy?

Micro needling, also referred to as collagen Induction Therapy is developed on an ancient skin needling practice that prevents skin aging, stimulates collagen production and smooths ance scars.

The treatment introduces fine, sharp needles into the top layer of the skin using a hand held devise. The purpose is to stimulate new collagen which generates new skin cells to repair itself.  Allowing the skin to become thicker, plumper, and more youthful looking.

By puncturing the skin with micro needling, our body sees this as an injury and the self healing process is automatically activated.

How this skin tightening technique benefits your skin:

  • Suitable for all skin types
  • Hyper-pigmentation
  • Helps to restore skin firmness and tightness
    • Loose, sagging skin

There is no downtime with derma rolling as there is with other clinical procedures such as laser techniques. The micro needling process is non ablative, meaning it is less intensive than laser or microdermabrasion. It may sound frightening, but the only thing you feel is a tingling sensation from the micro needles.

The wound that is creating during the skin needling process cannot be seen, but what happens is our body detects the injury and the self healing process beings with producing collagen. Our face roller has 192 to 200 needles.  The roller is rolled across the skin multiple times which creates thousands of micro channels. Enjoy the full effects of topical products as they are penetrated into the skin.

Using your skin needling roller 4-5 times weekly and cleaning it after each use will ensure a longer life of the roller.  If you would like more facts about skin needling, please visit, we’ll be glad to show you around.
